This K-1 style fight was the promised rematch of the controversial draw from the
first Ultimate kickboxing challenge.
Tommy wanted to make good on the only draw on his record winning the rematch with the same officials at
ringside.

The Ultimate Kickboxing Challenge was a Muay-Thai kickboxing event for professional
and amateur fighters. In the main event, WPKO Super Middleweight World Champion Tommy “Bee” Bottone defeated Peter
Keljavic in a three round K-1 style superfight. In other professional matches, US Champion Bobby Campbell defeated George
Bustimonte by decision and Tarek Rached also won by decision over Davii Octenbuyer.
The tournament brought some of
the best fighters from around the world to New York to compete for kickboxing’s most coveted prizes including the World,
Intercontinental and European titles. There were over 25 professional bouts for both men and women. Proceeds from the event
were donated to the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association Foundation, the NYC Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association
and Drug Enforcement Agency’s Widows and Children’s Fund.
